Clay County residents and employees have through Sunday, July 16 to express their opinions about transit service within, to and from the county, as part of a study to help identify the county’s need for public transportation and recommend transit initiatives.
The study is funded by the TPO in coordination with Clay County, Clay Transit, Clay County Council on Aging, JTA, stakeholders and partner agencies. The study will review services provided by Clay Transit and JTA, demographic information, travel activity and attitudes toward public transit. It will recommend solutions to improve mobility and access for residents and employees within Clay County.
Residents and employees are encouraged to take the survey at www.claytransitstudy.com by July 16.
