North Florida Clean Fuels Coalition Recognized at National Event

On behalf of the North Florida Clean Fuels Coalition, Marci Larson, TPO Public Affairs Manager, accepted the 2016 “Most Accomplished Newcomer” Award August 24 during the 2017 National Clean Cities Coordinators Training Workshop.  Representatives from nearly 100 Clean Cities coalitions from across the country gathered for the event.

Through switching to alternative fuels, the North Florida region reduced petroleum consumption by nearly four million gasoline gallon equivalents (GGE), versus just over the one million median GGE for Clean Cities Coalitions across the U.S.

The North Florida Clean Fuels Coalition is hosted and staffed by the North Florida TPO.  Visit our Clean Fuels page to learn more.
