List of Priority Projects

The List of Priority Projects (LOPP) includes a prioritized listing of state highway, mass transit, aviation, intermodal, Transportation Alternative Program (TAP) and Transportation Regional Incentive Program (TRIP) projects.

The North Florida TPO creates the LOPP to develop the Florida Department of Transportation's (FDOT) Tentative Five-Year Work Program, which is then incorporated into the TPO’s Five-Year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP).

The LOPP contains projects to be funded in the new fifth year of the work program with a few exceptions. Projects for the Strategic Intermodal System (SIS) and the Transportation Regional Incentive Program (TRIP) now includes potential projects to be funded in other years of the FDOT Work Program under the SIS and TRIP programs.
