The North Florida TPO Board is comprised of elected officials and transportation agency representatives. Currently, the TPO has 15 voting members and five non-voting/ex officio members.  They meet monthly to discuss issues and make decisions about future transportation projects, initiatives and improvements.  The Board meets monthly, except January and July, the second Thursday at 10 a.m. in the North Florida TPO Board Room.

Technical Coordinating Committee

The Technical Coordinating Committee (TCC) advises the TPO on technical issues concerning transportation and air quality. Membership includes government and agency staff members with expertise in planning, engineering and related fields.

The TCC meets the first Wednesday monthly, except January and July, at 10:00 a.m. in the North Florida TPO Board Room.

Citizens Advisory Committee

The Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) provides an opportunity for citizens to participate in the transportation planning process. Members are appointed to ensure a diverse cross section of the public.

The CAC meets the first Wednesday monthly, except January and July, at 4 p.m. in the North Florida TPO Board Room.

Duval County Transportation Disadvantaged Coordinating Board

The Duval County Transportation Disadvantaged Coordinating Board (TD Board) is mandated by Chapter 427, Florida Statutes and implements policies and procedures relative to eligibility, service offerings and improvements for the transportation disadvantaged. The TD programs for Clay, St. Johns and Nassau counties are managed by the Northeast Florida Regional Council.

The TD Board meets the first Thursday of March, May, September and November at 9 a.m.
