As the independent regional transportation planning agency for Duval and parts of Clay, Nassau and St. Johns Counties, our mission is "to provide a regional forum for developing an effective transportation system that moves people and goods safely, economically, and efficiently maintaining a high quality of life in Northeast Florida."
