We have an immediate opening for an experienced Executive Assistant.
Responsibilities include preparation and distribution of monthly agenda books for all Board and Committee meetings, meeting and staff travel coordination and logistics, detailed and accurate minutes for Board and committee meetings, as well as other administrative support as needed. This is a full-time position with working hours of 8am-5pm. A bachelor’s degree and two to three years’ experience in government agency, transportation or related field is preferred. Relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Must be computer proficient with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
