Unified Planning Work Program

The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) is the North Florida TPO’s two-year planning and operational budget.

It describes the TPO’s upcoming studies and administrative tasks, and details the funding sources. The UPWP also includes Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) planning tasks funded by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA)

With an annual budget of over $3 Million, the TPO studies transportation problems, develops solutions and programs federal funding.
