Performance Measures
The North Florida TPO compiles and analyzes data tracking our regional transportation system’s performance.
Updated in 2019, the Congestion Management Process (CMP) includes goals, objectives, performance measures, problem areas and mitigation strategies.
This process is about more than reducing traffic delays. The strategies and performance measures help us improve:
- Economic competitiveness
- Mobility, including access to pedestrian, bicycle and transit facilities
- Safety
- Livability and sustainability
- System preservation
